Kathleen Stirling

Kathleen Stirling is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the People and Culture Lead at ATTA Elevators since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked as a Human Resources Generalist for the LaPrairie Group of Companies, where Kathleen managed HR functions for six companies across various sectors, and for Hull Services, where Kathleen developed documentation and provided leadership on employment-related issues. Kathleen has also held HR roles at Wal-Mart Canada Logistics, supporting over 300 employees in multiple HR areas, and at Edwards Land Services Ltd., ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business from Mount Royal University.
