David Oosthuizen (Chartered Surveyor MRICS)

David Oosthuizen is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with extensive experience in real estate development and property finance. Currently serving as the Real Estate Development Executive at Attacq Limited since June 2017, David leads the development of significant land parcels in Waterfall City, a prestigious mixed-use precinct in Johannesburg that won the "World's Best International Mixed-Use Development" award in 2023.
