Molly Balfe

Molly Balfe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, public health, and program management. Currently serving as the Head Coach and Owner of Red Arrow Endurance since March 2024, Molly also contributes as a Senior Fellow at Attendance Works since May 2020. Prior roles include Head Coach and Co-Owner at Campfire Endurance Coaching (April 2016 - March 2024) and Healthy Schools Program Manager for Oregon and Washington at the Alliance for a Healthier Generation (July 2013 - July 2018). Molly's background also includes positions as a Research Analyst at the Oregon Health Authority, Associate Consultant at Vera Solutions, and various internships focused on health and youth development. Molly holds a Master of Public Health with a specialization in Population and Family Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from DePaul University.
