Tony Woodlief is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy and education. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Practical Federalism and Executive Vice President at the State Policy Network, Tony has a strong background in leadership roles including President at both the Bill of Rights Institute and the Mercatus Center. With a longstanding career as a freelance writer since 1985, Tony has also held significant positions such as Vice President for Academic Programs at the Market-Based Management Institute and Vice President for Education Projects at the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation. Academic credentials include a PhD in Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MFA in Creative Writing from Wichita State University.
