Racquel Reda has worked in a variety of roles in customer service and customer success management. Racquel began their career in 2000 as a Guest Services Representative at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. In 2001, they joined Rogers Communications as a Business Inside Sales Representative, Business Support Consultant, and Customer Service Consultant. In 2012, they became a Manager of Client Services at Preston Mobility, Inc., a wireless business solutions provider and Bell Authorized Dealer. In 2016, they moved to Visier Inc. as a Customer Success Manager. Finally, in 2017, they joined Attendease as a Customer Success Manager, where they work with a cloud-based event marketing automation solution for corporate event managers and teams.
Racquel Reda is currently studying at Douglas College.
