Mattias Wadsten

Mattias Wadsten has over 25 years of work experience in security and safety roles. Mattias is currently the Head of Security, Safety & Manager Protective Security at Attendo, the oldest and leading private care company in the Nordic region. In this role, they contribute to giving people and employees in care greater freedom of choice. Mattias has also worked as the Head of Safety, Security, Information security, and Manager Protective Security at Keolis Sverige AB, a global mobility expert. Mattias has a strong background in strategic and operational security work, having served as the Head of Safety & Security (CSO) at Stockholms universitet, one of Europe's largest universities, and as a Superintendent at the Swedish police. Mattias Wadsten is experienced in criminal investigations, preparing material for investigations, conducting risk assessments, and assisting with legal matters.

Mattias Wadsten completed an Executive MBA in Management from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2016. Prior to that, between 1998 and 2000, they attended Polishögskolan, though no degree or field of study is specified.
