Kumar Vivek

Kumar Vivek has a strong background in human resources and a diverse range of experiences in both large organizations and early-stage startups. Their most recent role is as the Head of Human Resources at Attentive.ai since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People Ops Consultant & HR Advisor for early-stage startups from January 2021 to December 2022. In 2019, Kumar served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Edfora and as the Human Resources Global Lead at Crescerance. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Vice President People & Culture at ConveGenius. Kumar also gained experience in the field of human resources as a Senior Executive at TPG Wholesale Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2016 and as a Trainee at PepsiCo from 2013 to 2014. Kumar began their career as a Legal Practitioner at the Delhi High Court from 2010 to 2012.

Kumar Vivek completed their education as follows:

- From 2021 to 2022, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they pursued an Executive Program in Human Resource Management.

- Between 2005 and 2010, Kumar Vivek studied at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and obtained a BBA.LL.B. degree with a focus on Law.

- From 2003 to 2005, they attended Delhi Public School in Bokaro Steel City for high school education, specializing in Commerce.

- Prior to high school, Kumar Vivek completed their SSC from Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City, covering a general field of study.

- In 2010-2011, they also enrolled in the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development.
