Courtney O'Brien

Courtney O'Brien serves as Senior Counsel for Product at Attentive, a leading text message and email marketing platform, where responsibilities include advising on product and litigation matters, such as compliance for SMS, email, and AI, international data privacy and security, management of litigation, intellectual property, and public policy. Prior to this, Courtney O'Brien was a Commercial Litigation Associate at Blank Rome LLP, focusing on a range of commercial and corporate litigation issues, including contract disputes and class actions, and also completed a Summer Associate position at the same firm. Courtney O'Brien obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Boston College.
