Ed Flynn

Ed Flynn is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in recruiting for various engineering and product roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter II at Attentive since July 2020, Ed specializes in sourcing talent for Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and various engineering roles across the US. Prior to this role, Ed worked at Criteo from January 2017 to July 2020, focusing on engineering and product management recruitment in major cities. Ed’s recruitment expertise was further honed at HookLogic as a Lead Technical Recruiter and at Mondo, where a specialization in high-end IT recruitment was developed. Earlier in the career, Ed partnered with financial services clients at Peak Audit, Inc. and engaged in sales with the New York Islanders.
