Genna Mattana

Genna Mattana has extensive experience in both recruiting and Pilates instruction. Currently serving as a Recruiting Operations Specialist at Attentive since August 2020, Genna has advanced from the role of Recruiting Coordinator to Senior Recruiting Coordinator and Lead Recruiting Coordinator. Prior experience includes a tenure at Equinox from July 2016 to July 2020 as a Senior Pilates Instructor, where Genna was recognized among the Top 50 Highest Performing Pilates Instructors in 2019, while also developing customized Pilates programs and maintaining client relationships. Additional Pilates instruction roles include positions at Gramercy Pilates NYC and Spencer Pilates Arts, along with early experience as a Student Ambassador at Rutgers University, where Genna facilitated auditions and campus tours. Genna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance from Rutgers University and graduated from Syosset High School.
