Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Atticus Growth Partners since July 2023, Katerina specializes in hiring and executive solutions for deep tech and industrial tech startups. Previously, Katerina held the role of Chief of Staff at Countdown Capital, achieving over 35% net IRR for both funds while investing in pre-seed industrial hard tech ventures. Katerina's experience includes positions at New York University as Assistant Director of Admissions and various roles within Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management team. Katerina holds a DPhil in Philosophy from the University of Oxford, along with a Master's Degree in Ethics and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Mathematics, and Physics, showcasing a strong academic foundation complemented by early experiences in law.
