Domenico Guardini

Domenico Guardini has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Domenico founded Attimis Corporation in 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at RStor - Secure, Connect, Orchestrate. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at Facebook.

Before these roles, Domenico worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cinova from 2016 to 2017. At Cinova, they analyzed and improved the performance of the Cinova VR player and implemented audio processing for the VR solution. Domenico also enhanced the video quality by using OpenGL and modifying encoder settings.

From 2013 to 2016, Domenico served as a Video Transport Architect at ARRIS. In this position, they performed low-level debugging, implemented code for transporting live HEVC content, debugged and improved statmuxing code, and designed ancillary data flow for encoder modules.

Prior to ARRIS, Domenico worked as a Video Transport Architect at the Video Processing Solutions Group in Motorola Mobility from 2012 to 2013. Domenico also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the WebOS Linux Platform Group at Hewlett-Packard from 2010 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Domenico held multiple roles at Zoran Corporation from 2007 to 2010, including Senior Software Application Engineer and Software Application Engineer II. Domenico worked on various projects involving file syntax, lens distortion correction, fish-eye effect generation, and capture rotation for codecs.

Domenico's career began as a Software Engineer Developer at Magnum Semiconductor Inc. in 2007, followed by a role as a Software Engineer at LSI Logic in 2006.

Domenico Guardini obtained their Masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Padova between 1997 and 2005.
