Espen Strand

Espen Strand is an experienced professional in the field of construction and property development, serving as Partner and Daglig Leder at Attivo Eiendomsutvikling since January 2018. Strand also owns and leads Siv. Ing. Espen Strand AS, a company specializing in assisting and guiding property developers and owners in the development, construction, and rehabilitation of their properties since January 2012. Previously, Strand worked as a Project Manager at Olav Thon Gruppen from February 2000 to January 2012, overseeing numerous projects in the Oslo area. Espen Strand holds a degree in civil engineering, specializing in building, from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), obtained between 1989 and 1993.
