Joshua Eddy

Joshua Eddy is a Senior Consultant & Cloud Hosting Administrator at The Attivo Group. Joshua has over fifteen years of experience in the title and escrow industry. Joshua began their career in 2003 with Fidelity National Title where they worked as a Vendor Manager and Abstractor. In this role, Joshua was responsible for resolution of past title search problems, consolidation of Crystal Reports data into Excel Spreadsheets, and dissemination of relevant data across multiple recipients. Joshua also developed searching skills necessary for Title Curative work in the programs they used.

In 2004, Joshua began working for Fidelity National Information Services as a Software Implementation Team Trainer. In this role, Joshua instructed Led Training classes in class sizes ranging between 5 and 35 office employees or new-hires to the team. Joshua also remotely conducted classes on company’s online teaching system. Additionally, Joshua traveled to and aided multiple branches during implementation of new NGS Title and Escrow system. Joshua also developed techniques, guides, and directed the training of future users of the NGS system. Lastly, Joshua assisted in-house NGS development team and business stakeholders by monitoring the progress on existing bug/defects using “Quality Center Test Director” from Mercury Software.

Joshua has been with The Attivo Group since 2006 and has held various roles including Senior Consultant, Cloud Hosting Administrator, and Project Manager. In their current role, Joshua is responsible for leading the technical delivery on all projects, ensuring customer success through implementations, and managing a team of engineers who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Att
