Denis Popov has extensive work experience in the trading industry. Denis founded and served as the CEO of Atto Trading, a remote-first multi-manager quantitative trading firm. At Atto, they developed and utilized technology in research and production trading, with a focus on science, math, and ML/AI strategies. Prior to Atto, Denis also founded and served as the CEO of Denex Trading, a US equities focused proprietary trading firm that implemented fully automated algorithmic strategies. In addition, they worked at Generic Trading and Assent Trading as a Proprietary Trader, eventually assuming the role of Senior Trader/Team lead.
Denis Popov attended King's College from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Computer Science.
