Gene Zeltsman

Gene Zeltsman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Gene started their career as a Senior Network Analyst/Consultant at Republic National Bank, where they handled system administration and support for the Cash Management division. Gene then worked as a Senior Network Engineer/Consultant at Citicorp Corporation, where they were responsible for planning, designing, and supporting corporate networks. At Chase Manhattan Bank, they served as a Senior Network Engineer/Consultant, providing third-level support for the Global Banking Division.

Gene then joined DataArt as a VP Engineering/Consultant, where they managed client relations, engineering teams, and network/infrastructure design. Gene later joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Systems Integration Specialist/Consultant, overseeing the redesign, implementation, and support of the corporate network.

Afterward, they worked at GovWorks INC as a Senior Network Architect, where they designed and supported infrastructure for a high-availability web site and established corporate system architecture for multiple national offices. Gene then joined Infrast Inc as a Partner/Senior Network Architect, assisting businesses in utilizing technology advancements to improve their processes.

Gene's experience also includes working at Denex Trading/GTrade LLC as a Senior Strategy Developer, with responsibilities including the development of trading strategies and the implementation of trading systems. At CRYPTTO.IO, they co-founded the company and served as the CTO, overseeing the development of a quantitative crypto trading platform.

Currently, Gene holds the position of Head of High Frequency Trading Development/CTO at Atto Trading Technologies LLC, where they are responsible for the overall technology vision, trading platform development and operation, and trading strategy design and implementation. Gene has assembled and trained a team of developers to produce highly competitive products under tight constraints.

From 1990 to 1993, Gene Zeltsman attended New York University, where they studied Computer Science.
