Nataliia Stepanenko

Nataliia Stepanenko has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Nataliia began their career as a Leading Recruitment Specialist at Recruiting & Consulting LLC in October 2003, where they worked until January 2007. After that, they joined LMI Consulting as the Head of Recruitment Operations from January 2007 to February 2008. Nataliia then worked as an HR Director at Intermoda Trade LLC from February 2008 to March 2015, where they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Atto Trading Technologies LLC, a technology-driven quantitative trading firm founded in 2010.

Nataliia Stepanenko holds a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Kyiv National Economics University. In 2019, they successfully completed the HR director course from Laba.
