Andrew Lim's work experience includes serving as the Chief Information Officer at the Attorney-General's Chambers in Singapore from December 2021 to present. Prior to this role, they worked at EnerSys from November 2016 to December 2021, where they held the position of Director IT, APAC, and later as IT Manager (SEA). Andrew led various digital transformation and IT infrastructure standardization projects, built up capabilities in IT infrastructure and application development, and implemented IT security and risk policies. From September 2011 to August 2014, Andrew worked at Toll Group as a System Manager, where they managed IT asset management, executed cost-saving initiatives, and provided technical expertise in implementing RFID asset tracking system. Before that, they were a Technical Education Analyst at Research In Motion from July 2008 to August 2011, resolving queries and troubleshooting training labs in the APAC region.

Andrew Lim pursued a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology (First Class Honours) at Coventry University from 2012 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2022, and AWS Educate Machine Learning - DeepRacer certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023. Andrew also completed the INSEAD - Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption program from INSEAD in 2022. Furthermore, Andrew has certifications from IBM, Cisco, EXIN, and Microsoft, including Certified System Administrator for Lotus Notes and Domino, Cisco Certified Network Associate, ITIL V3 Foundation, and Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE 2000). Andrew also holds the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance.
