Gina Tan

Gina Tan has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Gina started their career in 1998 as a Consultative Technical Sales in the shipping industry. Gina then transitioned into the semiconductor and electronic assembly solutions sector, working as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist at Kulicke and Soffa. Later, they joined Creative Technology Ltd as a Senior Associate Software QA Engineer. In 2007, Gina joined Toppan Ecquaria as a Senior Operations cum QA Manager in the Product Development, CTO Office and continued to work there until 2016, during which they also served as a Senior Sales Manager in the Public Sector. Gina then worked with TAIGER as a Senior Sales Manager in the Public Sector and with CONSAP PTE LTD as a Chief Strategy Officer. In 2021, Gina joined Tech9 Technologies Pte Ltd as a Client Solutions Director and in 2022, they joined NTT DATA as a Senior Strategic Consultative Manager in the Public Sector. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Legal Tech and Innovation Office at the Attorney-General's Chambers in Singapore. Throughout their career, Gina has leveraged their expertise in sales, strategy, project management, and the public sector to drive successful business outcomes.

Gina TAN has a Bachelor of Information Technology degree with a double major in IT and Software Engineering from Edith Cowan University, completed in 2007. In 2010, they attended the National University of Singapore for an Executive Programme focused on Consulting skills and Techniques. Gina also obtained an Advanced Certificate in Competitive Sales & Marketing from the Singapore Management University, completed in 2020. Additionally, they completed the National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF) in Systems Thinking & Root Cause Analysis at the National University of Singapore in 2019. In the same year, they attended the Speaking Performance Masterclass conducted by World Champion 2016 of Public Speaking Darren Tay at the Public Speaking Academy Pte Ltd. Gina holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Automation (Robotics Control) from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, completed in 1997. Gina also obtained a Certificate of Participation in Legal Informatics: Big Data, Data Analysis - What is it actually? from the Singapore Academy of Law in 2018, and a Certificate of Participation in Intellectual Property (IP) Business for Business from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) in 2020. Gina obtained an Oracle Certification in Oracle Infrastructure in 2017. Lastly, Gina TAN is on track to receive certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® from the National University of Singapore in 2023.
