Josh Hogg

Josh Hogg has diverse work experience in software development and engineering. Josh worked as a Senior Software Developer and Manager at atVenu from January 2018 to present, where they developed a web and mobile product for the Live Events industry using Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, React Native, and Postgres/CouchDB. Josh also migrated a legacy iOS app to an Expo React Native application. Prior to that, they worked at ConocoPhillips from 2010 to 2017 in various engineering roles. As a Reservoir Engineer, they provided subsurface development and forecast engineering, developed tools to improve forecasting capabilities, and supported internal business processes. As a Process Engineer, they supported Operations Engineers in facility and process design, specializing in sizing and optimizing equipment. And as a Field Optimization Engineer, they worked with operations to optimize the field's artificial lift and gathering systems, gaining troubleshooting experience with various artificial lift systems.

From 2005 to 2010, Josh Hogg attended the University of Calgary where they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Oil and Gas Engineering.
