Joseph Gaspero is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and health equity initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Executive in Residence at ATW Health Solutions, Joseph focuses on improving healthcare systems and outcomes. As President and Co-Founder of the Center for Healthcare Innovation, Joseph has successfully raised over $1 million and led efforts to reduce health disparities. Prior roles include Executive Healthcare Consultant at The Kaleidoscope Group, where strategic analyses enhanced DEI practices, and various positions in finance and healthcare technology. Joseph's early career includes service in the United States Air Force, maintaining F-16 aircraft during critical operations. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
