Lynn Bates Phr

Lynn Bates, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at ATW since September 2020, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Director. Prior to ATW, Lynn worked at NRC National Response Corporation from January 2018 to September 2020, focusing on restructuring and managing a full cycle HR department. Lynn was originally hired by the CEO of SWS Environmental Services, Inc. to align HR functions with company objectives. Before NRC, Lynn held the position of Human Resources Director at Motorsport Aftermarket Group, Inc. from March 2001 to January 2018, where Lynn developed a shared services model for benefits and payroll across multiple companies. Lynn began the HR career as a Human Resources Manager at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC from January 1997 to April 2001, where Lynn established and managed the HR department, overseeing policies and employee relations.
