Bourke Thomas PWS has over 11 years of experience in natural resources consulting and environmental construction management, currently serving as Vice President of Environmental Services at Atwell, LLC since April 2006. Throughout this tenure, responsibilities have included leading the Natural Resources Team and managing various projects in the Great Lakes States, with a focus on field studies and permitting related to wetlands, wildlife, forestry, and stream ecology. Prior experience includes roles as Environmental Project Manager and Wetland Specialist at King & MacGregor Environmental, Inc., where Bourke prepared joint wetland permit applications for the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and USACE. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Michigan State University.
