Matt Blankenship

Matt Blankenship serves as the Division President at AtWork Group since September 2021, focusing on strategic planning to enhance customer satisfaction and team development. As the owner of Autumn Ridge Farms since January 2003, Matt is responsible for daily farm operations. Previous experience includes roles such as Risk Advisor at SouthPoint Risk, President of Sales at GEAR LLC, Sales Manager at M Force Staffing, and Account Manager at Aerotek, where Matt cultivated client relationships and set operational targets. Matt began a career in athletic coaching as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Men's Athletics at the University of Tennessee, where a structured scheduling program was implemented. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
