Victor Rhoder, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In their most recent role as the Vice President of Channels and Strategic Partnerships at AtWork Systems, they were responsible for developing relationships with accounting firms, professional services providers, and financial institutions to enhance the company's ERP SaaS platform and managed services. Victor also played a key role in growing the network of channel partners and resellers. Before joining AtWork Systems, Victor held the position of Director - Product Manager at the same company from 2017 to 2022.
Prior to their time at AtWork Systems, Victor worked as a Director - Consultant at Intelligent Technologies, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Victor was responsible for managing workforce retraining projects and developing partnerships in the automotive industry, specifically in the field of product lifecycle management technologies.
Victor also has experience in business development, education, and public sectors. Victor worked as the Business Development, Education & Public Sectors Lead at Ranal Inc. from 2004 to 2007 and as the Director, Business Development, Public Sector at Internet Operations Center from 2001 to 2004.
During their tenure at DELMIA/DENEB Robotics from 1991 to 2001, Victor held multiple roles, including Director - Business Development, Education and Training and Program Manager, Government Funded Programs. Victor played a key role in launching 3D simulation products for virtual manufacturing and virtual product design and won and managed federally funded projects in partnership with aerospace and tank manufacturers.
Victor's earlier career includes roles at Gilreath Manufacturing as an Engineering Systems Manager from 1990 to 1991 and at TRW, Steering and Suspension Systems as a Product Engineer from 1989 to 1990. Victor began their career at General Motors Technical Center, Fisher Body Headquarters, where they held various engineering support positions from 1983 to 1989.

Victor Rhoder, PMP has a master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering which they obtained from Carnegie Mellon University from 1987 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University from 1979 to 1983. In addition to their formal education, Victor has obtained several certifications including Social Selling Foundations and Social Selling Foundations: Using Content to Drive Engagement from LinkedIn in July 2020. Victor also holds a certification in RABQSA for Information Technology Service Management, Management System Auditing, and Leading Management Systems Audit Teams, which they obtained from BSI in April 2014. Furthermore, they have certification in BPMN from BPMessentials in September 2011. Victor's most recent certification is the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in February 2021.
