Chris Jahrman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chris is currently the Chief Executive Officer at AtWork, where they work with a team to empower people with disabilities. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at 24hrMeds, overseeing operational processes and customer experience. From 2014 to 2022, Chris worked at Delta Dental of Washington, first as the Director of Patient Experience and later as the Director of Operations and Patient Experience. Chris was responsible for improving the patient experience and managing dental plans. Additionally, Chris served as a Board Member at Richard Hugo House and Domestic Abuse Women's Network (DAWN), and was a member of the Development Committee at Humanities Washington. Chris also served on the Washington State University Risk Management and Insurance Advisory Board. Before that, Chris worked as the Director of Sales at PEMCO Mutual Insurance Company.
Chris Jahrman attended Seattle University from 2003 to 2004, where they completed the Executive Leadership Program. In 2013, they enrolled at USC/Marshall School of Business for the Organization Design Program (Strategic Organization Design Workshop). Prior to that, Chris obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business from Franklin College, which they attended from 1984 to 1986.

Founded in 1962, AtWork! is a not-for-profit company providing employment services for adults with disabilities in Washington state. AtWork! believes that everyone can be a productive, integrated, and contributing members of their communities. Our program helps to assess an individuals skills and talents, provides training and skill development, assistance in getting a job, job coaching, and support to help people we serve be successful.
