Laharee

Laharee currently serves as the Manager of Inclusive Hiring at Atypical Advantage, starting in October 2023. Previous experience includes working as the Assistant Manager of People & Culture at SMOOR Chocolates from November 2021 to September 2023, where Laharee focused on talent acquisition, particularly for Persons with Disabilities, and coordinated the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme. As a Talent Acquisition Officer at SMOOR Chocolates, responsibilities included managing mainstream and diversity recruitments and overseeing the onboarding process. Prior positions include Placement Coordinator at WinVinaya Foundation, where Laharee facilitated connections between corporates and trained candidates, and various internships with organizations including Make-A-Wish India and Assam Cancer Care Foundation. Laharee holds a Master of Social Work from Christ University, Bangalore and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Economics, and Philosophy from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
