Kelly Edgar

Kelly Edgar has extensive experience in project management and technical account management, currently employed at Atypon since March 2006, where responsibilities include supporting clients according to SLA agreements, gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, and managing system enhancements and training needs. Prior to Atypon, Kelly worked at Swets Information Services from February 2003 to March 2006, serving as an Electronic Product Co-ordinator and an Electronic Media Specialist, coordinating communication for electronic products and providing first-line support to UK customers. Kelly's educational background includes studies at North Oxfordshire College and Abingdon and Witney College.
