Julien Verna

Julien VERNA is an experienced franchise operator currently overseeing the openings of Au Bureau and Léon Fish Brasserie in Mâcon since September and August 2022, respectively. Previously, Julien held the position of Responsable Developpement at Groupe Bertrand from September 2015 to November 2021, managing the development of several restaurant brands across the Rhône Alpes and Bourgogne regions. Julien's career includes roles in commercial real estate development at Thomas Broquet Conseil, and various expansion-related positions at Supermarché Super U and SYSTEME U, demonstrating a strong background in business growth and management within the food service industry.
