Apoorwa Jain has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Corporate HR - TA & TM Partner at AU Small Finance Bank since August 2019. Prior roles at the same organization include Senior TA Executive, TA Executive, and Management Trainee. Prior to AU Small Finance Bank, Apoorwa gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Jio in 2018, focusing on talent acquisition, payroll, management, and interpersonal skills. Apoorwa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from IILM, completed in 2019.
