Julia Filkovsky

Julia Filkovsky currently serves as the Head of Department at AU10TIX, overseeing accuracy and quality control groups since November 2023. Previously, Julia held the position of Senior CSM at EasySend, focusing on customer orchestration and business upselling from June 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles at AU10TIX Limited as an Account Manager involved managing global customer accounts and achieving KPIs. Julia's experience also includes product management at Icantech Inc, sales management at Rapid Image Ltd, and business development at BPK NET International LTD, where Julia engaged with telecom operators and ISPs. Earlier positions included project management roles at VidMind, ECtel, cVidYa, and Comverse, where Julia managed teams and projects across various telecommunications and technology sectors. Julia holds a Master's Degree in Automation of Technological Processes and Computer Science from Technological University in Leningrad (St. Petersburg).
