Elizabeth McGregor

Elizabeth McGregor serves as the Group Head of Company Secretarial and Joint Company Secretary at AUB Group Limited, an ASX200 company consisting of a global network of retail and wholesale insurance brokers and underwriting agencies. With prior experience as a Non Executive Director at Exopharm Ltd and Company Secretary at Automic Group, Elizabeth has a strong background in corporate governance and company secretarial services, having also worked as a Corporate Governance Advisor and Company Secretary at Mertons Corporate Services. Elizabeth's career began at the Australian Water Association where a role in governance and administration was held. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of London.
