Massimiliano Scaglione has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Aubaine Restaurants since September 2021. Prior to this role, Scaglione worked at The Trafalgar St. James from August 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included Manager and Head Waiter. Additional experience includes a position as Head Waiter at Ace Hotel London in late 2016, and various waiter roles at esteemed locations such as 45 Jermyn St., Fortnum & Mason, San Carlo Cicchetti, Il Boccino, Corte San Giovanni, and Corte di Federico II, starting from 2004.
