José Cruz

José Cruz has extensive experience in business management and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Management at Aubay Portugal since March 2010. Previously, José held the position of Division Manager for IT&Telcos at Elevus - People & Business Results from September 2005 to March 2010, where responsibilities included managing teams, business development, and overseeing HR processes. José began a career with a trainee role at Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa in early 2005, focusing on a strategic study encompassing finance, HR, and logistics. Academic credentials include a Management Acceleration Program from Nova School of Business and Economics in November 2022 and a degree in Management and Public Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Lisbon, completed in 2005.
