Ninon Lemaire

Ninon Lemaire is currently serving as Chargée de mission RSE at Aubay, where responsibilities include contributing to the construction of the Group's CSR strategy, managing the RSE roadmap in France, coordinating reporting, and overseeing environmental management systems. Previously, Ninon held the position of Chargée de projet RSE at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on developing the RSE roadmap and managing partnerships. Experience also includes roles at Fondation Agir Contre l'Exclusion as an assistant on energy and digital inclusion projects, Gustave Roussy in a philanthropy role, and positions in customer service and community management. Ninon holds an MBA in Management de la RSE et performance des organisations from De Vinci Executive Education and a Master's degree in Solidarité et Transition Durable from Institut catholique de Paris. Academic background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université Paris Cité.
