Allison Adderley

Allison Adderley currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent & Culture at Auberge Resorts Collection, a position held since March 2021, following roles as Director and Manager of Total Rewards & HR Systems. Prior to this, Allison worked at Baha Mar from October 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities included Assistant Director of Compensation and Benefits and Benefits Manager. Earlier experience includes various positions at UnitedHealth Group from July 2006 to October 2014, starting as a Customer Care Professional and progressing to Claims Supervisor. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Lindenwood University.
