Ekrem Tercanoglu

Ekrem Tercanoglu is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in luxury resort management and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Auberge Resorts Collection since February 2019, responsible for overseeing a 333-room luxury resort generating $32 million in food and beverage revenue, Tercanoglu has previously held pivotal roles at esteemed establishments such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where as Director of Food and Beverage, the management of six outlets and the re-opening of restaurants were key accomplishments. Prior to that, Tercanoglu led food and beverage operations at Fairmont Grand Del Mar and held various positions within Four Seasons from 1991 to 2008, cultivating a robust foundation in hospitality management. Tercanoglu holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Private Professional School of Hotel and Restaurant Management in Istanbul.
