Jennifer Ramb

Jennifer Ramb currently serves as the Assistant Director of Talent and Culture at Auberge Resorts Collection, a position held since April 2025. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources Manager at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa from December 2021 to March 2025, supporting the leadership of the Human Resources department. Jennifer's experience also includes serving as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at SPERE Security, overseeing security operations across 24 properties and managing a 75-member team. In addition, Jennifer held the role of Client Relations Manager at Forensic Data Services, where responsibilities included maintaining client relationships and providing administrative support to the CEO. Earlier experience includes managing front-of-house operations at The Fedora, focusing on customer service, staff supervision, and marketing initiatives. Jennifer holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the Community College of Philadelphia.
