Martina Lynch

Martina Lynch serves as the Regional Director of Talent & Culture for the Western U.S. at Auberge Resorts Collection since March 2022, previously holding the role of Director of Talent & Culture. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Human Resources & Finance at Lone Mountain Ranch, and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Yellowstone Club. Martina's career in human resources began at the Vail Corporation, where roles included Human Resources Specialist and Administrator. Additional positions span roles such as Talent & Culture Assistant Director at Fairmont Olympic Hotel and Recruitment Manager at Alyeska Resort & The Hotel Alyeska. Martina holds an Associate's Degree with an emphasis in Business from Colorado Mountain College, earned between 2010 and 2013.
