Cédric Trempont

Cédric Trempont is an experienced Process Engineer specializing in Casting Metallurgy at Aubert & Duval since January 2016, where responsibilities include managing new industrial Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) processes for superalloys from R&D to mass production. Previous roles within the company involved enhancing VIM processes for special steels and superalloys, overseeing project management, and improving liquid metal cleanliness through thermodynamic analysis. Prior to this, Cédric gained valuable experience through internships in quality control for building materials, R&D for fire retardants, and the automotive industry, along with serving as an accountant in a junior enterprise. Cédric holds an Engineer's degree in Materials and Metallurgy from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille and has completed academic studies in Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal.
