David Roueche

David Roueche currently holds the position of Gottlieb Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Auburn University, where David has been employed since August 2017, progressing from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor. Prior to this, David Roueche worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Florida from December 2016 to August 2017, focusing on the mitigation of wind hazards impacting residential structures. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship with RS&H in 2008-2009 and other engineering internships in 2006 and 2007, where David Roueche conducted soil tests and gained practical knowledge in roadway and building-slab design. David Roueche holds a PhD in Structural Engineering, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as a BS in Engineering Physics from Jacksonville University.
