Fouad Khalil

Fouad Khalil is a Principal at Modly since March 2020, specializing in industrialized construction consultancy, market research, and advisory services for the building and real estate sector. Concurrently, Fouad serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Auburn University in the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture since August 2021. Previous roles include Design Director at BLOX, where responsibilities included new product development and design studio management, and Creative Director at White Arkitekter, leading multidisciplinary design efforts within the largest architectural firm in the Nordics. Additional experience encompasses project management and design roles at Giattina Aycock Architecture Studio, Stanley Beaman & Sears, Surber Barber Choate + Hertlein Architects, SMBW, PLLC, and Broadway Malyan. Fouad holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auburn University, earned between 1993 and 2000.
