Nuno Brito

Nuno Brito has extensive experience in human resources and retail management, currently serving as Diretor de Processos, Compensação e Benefícios at Auchan Retail Portugal since June 2002. In this role, Nuno is responsible for developing and implementing HR process strategies to enhance operational efficiency while improving employee experience. Previous positions include Diretor de Desenvolvimento Humano, managing the alignment of workforce development with strategic goals, and various directorial roles in hypermarkets, focusing on commercial activities and department management. Nuno has also contributed to innovation committees and the board of a foundation. Nuno holds multiple degrees, including a Licenciatura in Engenharia Agro-Industrial and postgraduate qualifications in management and strategic innovation.
