Chloe Surridge currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Auckland Airport, focusing on building a future-oriented operations model during the largest infrastructure program in the airport's history. With extensive experience in the aviation industry, Chloe held the position of Group General Manager Airports at Air New Zealand, overseeing operations for 50 airports and approximately 2000 employees while driving strategy and customer experience initiatives. Chloe has also held leadership positions in industry associations, including President of the Board of Airline Representatives New Zealand Inc. and Board Member of the NZ Airports Association. Prior to their career in aviation, Chloe worked as Hotel Director for Carnival Cruise Line, managing P&L and guest services on large ships. Chloe's educational background includes studies at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the University of Canterbury.
