Henk Schotsman

Henk Schotsman is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Completions & Handover Lead at Fletcher Construction since November 2016, focusing on the Eastern Busway Alliance Project and overseeing the handover to Auckland Transport. Previously, Henk was a Quality Manager and Project Leadership Team member for the Puhoi to Warkworth Project, where a 100% QA Close out was achieved, leading to the motorway's official opening on June 16, 2023. Henk also held roles as a Senior Quality Engineer Team Leader and Quality Engineer, managing a team of quality engineers and handling various project phases. Prior experience includes working as a Civil Engineering Professional at Heijmans from October 2012 to September 2016. Henk holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management & Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Buildings, Project Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
