Cole Campbell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in innovation, property development, and business consulting. Currently serving as the Lead Judge for the Innovation category of the 2degree Business Awards 2024 at Auckland Business Chamber, Cole has held various leadership and advisory roles since 2003, including Director positions at BFS Investment Ltd and E-MERGE CONSULTING LIMITED. Previous roles also include Lead Advisor at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and Principal Consultant at Assurity Consulting, specializing in innovation strategy and design thinking. Cole has a solid foundation in organizational development, having worked as an Innovation Manager at IAG and as a Culture & Leadership Manager at Sovereign Insurance Ltd. Additionally, teaching experience as a Senior Lecturer at Auckland University of Technology complements a robust educational background, including a Bachelor’s degree from Heriot-Watt University and various trainings in innovative methodologies.
