Andrew Hamilton

Andrew Hamilton currently serves as the Team Manager for Learning & Development at Auckland Council, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this, Andrew worked extensively at Vodafone from April 2015 to December 2021, where roles included Training and Development Manager and Regional Retail Sales Coach for the Northern Region, focusing on performance improvement and handling HR/ER issues. Andrew's experience at Vodafone New Zealand from 2005 to 2015 encompassed various positions such as L&CD Facilitation Specialist, Instructional Designer, and Learning & Capability Development Sales Trainer, contributing to world-class training and development programs. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Engineer/Store Manager at Express Computers LTD and holding the position of Lineman Class 2 in the Royal Corps of Signals from 1996 to 1999.
