Clayton Dsouza

Clayton DSouza currently serves as the Head of Planning and Performance at Auckland Council, a position held since February 2021. Previously, Clayton DSouza accumulated extensive experience at Kotahi Logistics LP Ltd from October 2016 to May 2020, where roles included Process Excellence Lead and Operations Improvement Manager. Prior to that, Clayton DSouza had a significant tenure at A.P. Moller - Maersk from July 1999 to June 2016, where responsibilities included leading global operations, managing teams across various regions, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from St. Andrew's College of Arts Commerce and Science, completed in 1996.
