Richard Cole

Richard Cole is an accomplished construction professional with over 30 years of senior management experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Nouveau Construction Group since March 2018, Richard also operates as a freelance consultant. Their extensive career includes roles such as Manager of Major Projects at Auckland Council, where Richard oversees project delivery from inception to completion. Notable achievements include founding a waste management division at South West Water, PLC, that generated over £100 million in revenue within two years, as well as holding managing director positions at Barlett Construction Yeovil and Crest Nicholson plc. Richard holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of the West of England and is a graduate of the Institute of Management Services.
