Bronwen Daunt is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer experience and change management. Currently serving as CX Lead for the City Rail Link at Auckland Transport since October 2024, Bronwen has previously held key positions at Metlifecare as Enablement Lead and Change Communications Manager, and at TruRating as Global Head of Customer Success. Bronwen's expertise spans lifecycle management strategy, onboarding, and customer retention, supported by roles in marketing management and CRM project leadership across various organizations including TAFE NSW and leading advertising agencies. With a National Diploma in Business Management from Unitec Institute of Technology, Bronwen combines strategic insight with hands-on management skills to enhance customer relationships and drive organizational success.
